And? This sounds like travel coaching base case. Travel is built to benefit coaches. Your kid is just fodder car.

Anyone in the Alexandria soccer scene will know exactly who and what I am referring to.

the size of the roster is not the issue. the issue is only 11 players ever play. the rest are practice players. what’s even worse is that the club fees don’t cover some of the tournaments so mike lookingland “asks” parents to help with fundraisers (in other words the kids who don’t play have to fund the tournaments for the 11 that do play). it is such a scam.

Is it normal for this age group and level of play to have such a high roster number? 20ish players? That's insane.

Coach lookingland added 4 more players. roster now is at 25. coach only plays 11 players every game and maybe 3 players get 10-15 minutes at the end of the second half. stay away from baltimore armour if you actually want to play a game.

Or even be coached. He does not coach.

Stay away from this club and this coach. We can’t wait for this season to be over and leaving. Extremely abusive Coach. Consistently degrades the non starters since beginning of the season then blame them for not performing when he’s been ruining their mental health for 6 months

No matter what you do, he won’t play you as a new player. 11 specific boys and their families have a strong hold although his team has 21 QUALITY players that he hand picked and scouted. He just wants bodies on the bench

Armour will sell you with - we have depth and every single player on this team will get scouted just because your affiliated with this club

Bunch of bull crap. They just talent hoard and screw over families

You sound like the disgruntled fired employee lashing out on glassdoor

also notice the commits are only from the starting 11. the bench players are not recruited because lookingland does not play the other 15 teammates who are used as practice players for the starting 11, and then degrades and makes fun of them for losing the game.

Does he get confused because the game isn’t indoors?
