MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (7News) — A man was stabbed in the arm after he was confronted by a group of teens inside a restroom at Wheaton Mall on Feb. 4, according to Montgomery County Police Department officers.
Investigators said a man entered the mall and went to a restroom, where he was approached by seven teens armed with knives. The man was assaulted and stabbed in the arm before he was able to leave.

Sorry, I was just looking at the picture but saw the video with clear backpacks. They are middle school students with PGCPS. I am a middle school teacher, NOT affiliated with their school but they look like 8th graders. The clear backpacks are pretty obvious and the khaki pants. I would bet it is Oxon Hill Middle School students. Mainly Hispanic population and African American a close second.
