Former New Yorker here (RIP) - shhhhhhhhhhh why are you sharing this?!

That secret is out. There will be lines at both.

One half is Mission Impossible type active games. Each group enters the various rooms and plays as a team.

The other half is interactive displays to determine what type of spy you would be.

I wouldn't take a teenager who wants to shop to the spy museum. It's fun, but better for younger kids and groups.

If the weather is nice, Brooklyn Bridge park is a nice place to hang out. Can ride bikes or just walk. For an amazing view check out the 1 Hotel there - drinks and food are overpriced yes but the views are unbeatable. I usually go for a drink or two then eat elsewhere.

- Take the NYC Ferry somewhere (can actually take from lower Manhattan to Brooklyn Bridge park) But there are lots of pick up/drop off points throughout the city. This is a must.

- Governors island always nice in the summer

- Circle line boat tour. I live in NY and did this with some family visiting and actually really enjoyed it. Learned a lot of interesting things I never knew about the city. And the city just looks stunning from the water

- Visit Eataly or for another food hall experience - Time out market in DUMBO

- I heard The Edge is cool but never been

You have three lunches/dinners. I would make them one pizza, one ethic food you don’t often eat, and one at a trendy/tik tok famous type food place. And I would get a bagel for Saturday breakfast.

that's more than enough time. If coming from somewhere on Amtrak, take the train. the airport is too far out of the city. I would see about a show or another spot as a back up. Highland/Hudson yards/Times Square can take a lot of time or very little time depending on what you want to do/how crowded it is/if the weather is bad. Since going to the 9/11 museum, you could also walk through battery park and see the Statue of Liberty.

We have done some fun food tours in NYC.

Just a warning that the Brandy Melville "flagship" is not really that big, and it was literally the most crowded store I've ever been in in my life. I'm not typically claustrophobic and I almost had a breakdown, and that is with security guards supposedly monitoring the number of people inside.
