Wearing a great outfit. I learned a lot from other women who love dressing up - good tailoring, a nice hat, great shoes, a beautiful dress.

Taking care of my skin - sunscreen, moisturizer, lotion

Working out so that my body feels healthy

Eating a cleaner diet, I had to cut out alcohol and most sugar and I feel so much better.

When it’s warm enough to wear sleeveless shirts. I have killer arms and shoulders, I love showing them off. They’re lean but so well defined that even men ask what I do for arms.
