Have bloodwork done including iron, vitamin D- I found out I was extremely deficient in both despite eating “healthy” and getting sunlight. Taking supplements of both really helped my energy levels. GLP-1 also helped to lose 30 extra pounds.

I had a bit more to lose than you but going on a GLP has actually upped my fatigue level despite helping quite a bit with weight loss.

Over the past 6 months I’ve lost about 30 lbs, going from a BMI of ~29 to ~24 but, while definitely happier with the way I look, on the whole I feel far more lethargic/low energy on a day to day basis than I did before starting the GLP.
