Do you think they'll walk up Delacarlia Parkway to get to Massachusetts Avenue or is that too roundabout? I live near AU and would rather try to see them on Monday morning than Tuesday at National Cathedral or elsewhere. Just trying to figure out where to stand!

It’s supposed to be rolling, so they shouldn’t shut from Marymount all the way to Chain Bridge all at once, but yeah, it’s going to be fun. Wonder what drop off at Jamestown will look like.Anonymous wrote:Wait... so will Chain bridge be closed off in both directions Tuesday from 7am- ??
Honestly more concerned about those of us who need to cross the chain bridge. There's not much room on Canal for cars AND monks walking.
It's odd, DC hasn't put out anything about road closures yet. I admire this walk for sure, but to walk the chain bridge and canal rd which does not have a side walk in rush hour, you'd think DC would put out an alert. Personally, we need to get to Sibley Hospital that morning and need to see if we need another route.
It’s not happening until Tuesday. Today is Saturday.
