Tuesday. I want to feel good and also want to be able to eat a bit more on weekends, like if I go out for dinner. I often have a headache for the first 48 hours after the shot and it’s nice to not want or need to cook on busy mid-week nights.
It’s working for me— down almost 60 lbs, and I’m still not past the third dosing level.

Oh and for those asking about side effects, I’m new only a few weeks in but I get that I comfortably full, a hair nauseous but only lasts about 24 hours.

Sunday as I want to be able to eat out Saturday nights.

Wegovy was the worst! All day nausea. No matter the day . I did loose weight faster

Now on Zepbound and it’s been a totally different experience. No nausea, no hair loss, no nothing.

Only slight issue .. The area I inject becomes irrated..lasts a day. Doctor advised some do experience that. And I’m loosing weight slower.

Sunday. Can basically eat very light M-W and more by the time the weekend rolls around. Down from 230 to 195 in about 6 months.

Interesting thread. I've pretty much tried every day of the week as there are pros/cons for each. My main symptoms are headaches and light lethargy the next day. The Sunday morning post option intrigues me. Maybe it's best to battle through on Monday while the rest of the workforce is dealing with their own Monday's.

Friday because it kicks in the hardest on Saturday and Sunday.
