Nope.
I’m not buying my own gift from my spouse.
We also don’t wait until 12/25 to purchase gifts or what we want

Do what works for you though.

I did this too and I'm a man. My wife appreciated it - I'm not an easy guy to shop for.

Gifts are not a necessary condition for thoughtfulness.

Yes. I hate surprises. Total waste of time and money. I buy and he pays for it.

If I have to tell you what I want, what's the point? I could buy it myself. Lol.
So I don't do gifts. I just get them for the kids.

No. I am not really into presents. I get what I need when I need it. I am grateful for a surprise but I don't really care either way.

Whatever I get, I love.

We stopped exchanging like 10 years ago? The only time we get each other gifts is when I see something I think he would like but wouldn't order for himself.

No. I can buy myself things anytime. I crdinate everything else Christmas - the least DH can do is get my gifts! (And do my stocking.)

I just buy what I want when I want. If its bigger, I'll sometimes email it to my husband to buy. Neither one of us really wants anything specific for holidays except on a rare occasion. My husband would buy me stuff but I rarely like it so he doesn't anymore.

I usually save new electronics for DH to buy me so last year was a laptop. This year I am holding off for the new iPhone so just asked him to get me a box of my favorite gourmet chocolate. He said he is getting me other things too, which usually means clothing, which can be hit or miss. I think it's sweet that he tries.

This. I just do not care anymore. He's a great husband otherwise.

His "assistant" at work? I hope he doesn't ask them to do this.
