They look pretty awful. And anyone who lives in this area knows a flat roof is not something you want.

They don't look so bad to me, but the flat roof looks like it belongs in the desert where it doesn't rain or snow and they don't have any trees like all of those pueblo styles in Santa Fe, NM. You should hear them whine when it rains, but it only does that once or twice a year. Otherwise not having a pitched ceiling in the attic and optionally a deck on top would be awesome.

There’s a number of these hideous style of houses in 20015 and they all seem to sit forever. Seems pretty stupid to build this style as they look ridiculously out of place.

I'm not a fan of these houses, but this is a bizarre statement. He has three houses listed, ranging from 1 to 79 days on the market. That's really not a lot for anyone in this business. It just makes you sound really bitter and jealous to make an accusation like that.

I hate them all but the 3rd one is just so weird.

On the market but will pass on this type of "development" and buy a smaller one and one vacation home with no stairs. Kids are soon in college anyway.

I don't mind the first two but they are out of my budget.

I toured the first one on 34th when it was open. It was awful and every person walking through was saying the same. It is absolutely enormous and completely out of place and scale for the area. The main floor had not a single wall so no way to close off anything. It is 100% open with a staircase plonked in the middle. The ADU already had a giant crack down the middle of the ceiling and so on.

When you drive by a house being torn down and get a snootful of mold you understand why it's time to tear them down. Not all houses are maintained well enough to last.

The Livingston house that was demolished would have been torn down by everyone. It was tiny and in awful shape.

I already posted that I like them, so just elaborating -- they look sleek and a bit surprising. There is something jutting out or a bit shorter/longer in each of the facades that I find interesting. Everyone is different. I really hate the "monstrosities" in Bethesda that look completely dull and boring. I like these, tho.
