Was it at least 366 days past your last one? Carefirst seem to be sticklers on that.

We got an $8 bill for some bloodwork overage but that’s it.

Maybe they billed it incorrectly? I have a high deductible plan and pay about $200/visit normally, but nothing for annual exam.
