This is starting to pop up all over the threads. Mad ECNL parent? Nobody is getting MLS Academies confused with MLS Next clubs.
This is a triggered MLS Next parent who is annoyed that MLs has created the current mess so nobody knows who is who.
Don’t be dumb. There is MLSNext Homegrown (the good teams) and MLS Academy (think ECNL RL). And before you make a fool of yourself (again), go to the MLS website and look for yourself.

Achilles is looking pretty thin and isn’t impressing anyone with the quality of their play, they call to mind a bunch of ruffians scrabbling for the ball and it’s not too impressive. There’s no elegance to it.
“Ruffians”? Sounds like a Bethesda troll. You know, the club not invited to the MLSNext Cup last year.
My kid has been playing against Achilles since he was a little tyke and beaten them every time. They may eke out some success because of Sal’s reputation but their play is not attractive and I don’t enjoy watching them play. They have a certain reputation. Coaching is aggressive and atrocious. It’s not a Bethesda/Potomac/achilles thing, I just don’t think they’re very good and don’t like watching them play.

NVA is new to MLS Next. I do not know the quality of their teams across all age groups. But they have a strong 2013 team. Many of the kids were at Bethesda last year (maybe also from SYC and Armour?)
Open competition for team roster spots, lot of Loudoun kids too but they have to earn a spot like everyone else.

it's a boutique way of scoring games
I like this new way of attacking Achilles. It's funnier. It's still unwarranted and desperate, but definitely funnier.
