Is this worth it? I need to lose at least 35lbs and probably closer to 45 or 50.

A little nausea is nbd in my book.

It’s the diarrhea and flatulence that worry me as someone who goes into an office 2-3 days per week.

DP. I never had any diarrhea or flatulence. I did get constipated. I think that is more common than the runs as a side effect.

Try it. I've been on 2.5mg Zepbound for 2 months. I have lost 18lbs and have not any side effects at all. My doctor says I should stay on 2.5 as long as I continue to lose weight.

Same. Have been losing on the 2.5 starter dosage with very minimal side effects so doctor has advised me to stick with it until I reach my goal weight or if I plateau. I might be able to lose weight faster on a higher dosage, but slow and steady seems like a healthier route for a ton of reasons.

Fwiw—I put off starting Zep for a long time because I was terrified I would crap my pants or become horribly constipated. The more people I talk with, the more I think that these two extremes are exaggerated by people who themselves cannot/will not for one reason or another take the shot. Or they aren’t willing to change their diet in addition to taking the shot (something that many do not do). In reality, I have one day where I’m a little nauseous and burpy but otherwise I have had zero issues. I make sure I get enough fiber, stay hydrated, and exercise for 30 minutes minimum every day.

For those having stronger negative side effects, I hope you are able to find a good workaround and start to feel better soon.

Most people don't have this problem. A lot of trolls on DCUM say this because they have a hard time understanding how people can lose weight easily when they have to "work so hard to maintain my slim and toned physique"
