I have a relative who very proudly is showing off her new “figure” all while we gasp at her emaciated appearance. Congrats on your weight loss! One thing to think about is landing at a set clothing size rather than between sizes - personally I prefer to be a couple pounds heavier and have most things fit off the rack, rather than have everything be either too loose or too tight when I try it on.
Is there a reason to do it every 10-14 days versus halving the dose and doing it weekly?
