Michigan has some nice areas, but I don't think it should have made the list.

I doubt many applicants care how beautiful Bard (or some others on the list) are based on their acceptance rates

University of San Francisco, with Lone Mountain dorms, amazing views and 2 blocks from the Panhandle and Golden Gate Park. But not architecturally striking.

I've seen a bunch of these lists with some head scratchers included (which makes you wonder if the interns putting the list together might have injected their school). I might disagree with some on this list being included, but they aren't head scratchers.
