Pp here and it's ok- I did too. I actually could not stop laughing upon discovery and for a while afterwards, I'd burst into hysterical belly laughs everytime we talked about it because it was just too ludacris.

No. The wife was abused emotionally for years. Several separations and living on different continents. He has some serious childhood trauma. She withdraw sex because of the abuse. He can get is somewhere else, but not for long. The childhood trauma comes up again.
Uh huh. That’s what they always say. It really she got bored and just couldn’t make the effort to be nice any more, let alone have sex, and she rewrote the history of the relationship in her mind to “constant emotional abuse”.

There was one other thing the APs did and that was ditch their kids. Neither had primary custody and it was the dad instead. My ex doesn't like being a dad, so the AP gave him sex and a place to get away from the responsibilities of his life. There was nothing I could have done to keep my ex. After having kids, he realized he didn't want them.
