Intermittant fasting (ie eating only in an 8 hour window) Stay away from any cold food or drink. Cover up and dress in layers. Sunbathing in morning sunlight for 30 minutes.
Yoga and Pranayam. Again - youtube has a ton of videos.
Same boat and the above practice has removed the pain and stiffness.
WTH about no cold food or drink. This is crazy.
Agreed, it all sounds like quackery.

Chemo, related neuropathy, and radiation have made it worse. Treatments for cancer have been successful, so I'm otherwise healthy. I just ache. It affects my sleep. I've tried acupuncture, magnesium, and prescribed drugs. Nothing works well. Open to any suggestions.
Drop sugar and wheat.
This is the answer. Give it an eight week trial.
Dropping sugar is a good idea but it has nothing to do with joint pain and aches. Wheat should be eliminated if someone can’t tolerate it.

Anonymous wrote:Are you on an aromatse inhibitor? I am and my body now requires so much more "maintenance" than it used to! I do 30 minutes on the elliptical every morning. I do an hour of weights twice per week. I also do assisted dynamic stretching once weekly and yoga 1-2 times/week. I get a massage every 3-4 weeks. I also saw a physical therapist for a while to figure out some mobility exercises. This is WAY more exercise than I ever used to do, but I'm now mostly pain free.
