American kids have so many toys and their rooms are a constant mess. It would be good if they got less toys.

Toy shortages are not going to push kids into playing outside more. Parents need to step in and change the screen time culture in their homes and neighborhoods.

Sorry OP, something about the tone of your post has clearly rubbed me the wrong way. I’m pretty sure all of our kids are going to be just fine with less toys. Probably better off really.

Right? One of my favorite memories of covid time is a holiday thing I improvise that we still use 5 years later!
