You’ve missed a critical piece of this. It’s not an issue of compliance. RFK jr’s people will be scraping records containing what is supposed to be confidential information. This ranges from records for people on Medicare and Medicaid—- to records from Pharmacies, private insurance companies, smart watches, fitness devices and other sources. Apparently without explicit permission. Those of you who didn’t read the fine print on your 200 page customer agreements for your electronic devices have possibly already given consent though.
It should be obvious, but just in case it isn’t, and sort of data screening like this almost certainly involves looking at all of the data that they can get from any source about everyone that they can. While they might segregate the files of interest, the only way to determine which files are actually of interest is to examine any and all data sets that they have access to.
Who exactly has access to our medical data — and what they decide to do with it at any point in the future —will no longer be under our explicit control. No one is asking for consent here.

Most people at the top of the chain of command rarely know anything about the details of the work. Ask the CEO of some auto maker how to change the timing on an engine, and they won't know where to start.![]()

One doe not "believe" in science, as that implies "faith" and make it a religion.
REAL SCIENCE is 100% about being skeptical. Question everything. Constantly trying to DISPROVE EVERYTHING, that is the Scientific Method.
Science is not about finding "proof" it is about finding things that cannot be disproven, while continuously trying to disprove them.

Nothing is good about him.
You think he knows anything about food dyes?
That is the gas light you idiot.
Just wait til September when no vaccines are available for children and infant formula is tainted.

Although I guess its sort of like people voting for Trump because they were mad the price of eggs went up, and so now the price of everything will go up.
He's a Kennedy, so people either like them or don't. He seems genuine and a good guy overall about wanting to help clean up the food that corporations and foreign sources have polluted.
Why on Earth are you against that?

DP. Not all Kennedys are alike. There’s a reason that several members of his family have spoken out against RFK jr’s current role. I think having an ex long term heroin addict with no medical training making decisions about health for the rest of us is very much not “a good guy”.
Money? Sounds the most plausible. Bribes from the rich 1% and corporations are how politics works.
That's actually not how families work. FYI
