The vaginal estrogen works on the estrogen receptors right inside the vulva. Way more effective.

This started in my 40s. It was perimenopause and I needed vag estrogen.

This is me as well, though mostly when I lie down or when my period is due. Now in perimenopause I find myself waking up to pee 10-20 times per night for the couple days before my period.
