I wear a medium normally, but buy a small in Lands End button ups. There’s enough room for alterations to nip in the waist. And with their lower prices, it makes it all work out well.

Small or medium fits me in the waist and arms, but I need an XL to get around my tatas, which results in batwing sleeves and flapping around the midsection. I gave up on buttondowns, or only wear them unbuttoned over a tank. But I do love the professional look![]()
