I don't know, but I do know West Potomac was shut down for three separate fights in one day, including one where the cafeteria workers attacked and knocked unconscious two kids.

I’d have the wood plank ceiling painted to tone it down, but love the high ceilings and natural light. One story is a huge plus.

I like the house and livable layout. Great area with terrific neighbors.

ACHS is actually stellar if you are a motivated kid. If you are an average UMC white kid its pretty darn good too. The school is segregated and offers very advanced classes and programs

WePo is not segregated and more typical of a rural school with basic offering. There really isn't any comparison between the two for most of the demographics of this site.

The outside is beautiful. I don’t love the wood ceilings. I think I’m thrown off by the horrible decorating. It’s such a mish mash. Do you plan to use private schools? It’s weird that there are different cabinets in the kitchen, and the primary bath with two pedestal sinks looks so cheap, but is probably easy to fix. Overall, it’s a very nice house and would be $1m more in Arlington or McLean.

I like it. Our family has paid a premium for a SFH in Arlington close to Metro. So much better than a stressful and inconsistent commute to DC.
