I have heard a few nighttime baby car ride stories in my time. Also plausible.

Family isn't usually "all around" at 3am in a 4,000+ sq ft home.
Don't you fancy people have zoned burglar alarms like my aunt with a house that big? When I'm at her house, I never want to be first downstairs in the AM because you have to disarm it.
Also people have room cameras these days, lol..
