Not if you limit their food early on. If they aren't skinny by.the time they are 4 they will never be skinny.

For a first time mom, it can be very concerning seeing kids with flat stomachs, and your kid is walking around with a toddler belly. These forums are to ask questions and not to be judged by second and third time moms who know that Toddler bellies are OK at age 4 and 5.
OP… From what I am understanding, it is OK for a toddler or a child at age 4 or5 to have a toddler belly but just make sure that there are no other issues along with it.
