I work in tech and wear sneakers almost daily, those sandals would be my dressed up shoes.

I wore exact this type of sandals in federal and state court in northern Virginia with no issues. It is 90 degrees outside. No one should be wearing pimps in this weather.

Courtrooms and office buildings are air conditioned. Your feet can survive the 5 min walk from the car to the front door in 90 degree heat. Wear sandals out with your friends. Wear closed toe shoes to work.

I would be a no on these for men because they are open back flip flops, which are not okay for anyone in the workplace unless you are pregnant in second or third trimester. But generally I'm okay with men wearing sandals for an internal business meeting, not for a client meeting.

I was imagining something very different! I think that if you have a good fresh pedi those work in general. I steer away b/c I don't like to rely on needing a pedi.

These shoes are in no way sexy unless you have a weird toe fetish or hate-on. They aren't even a true ankle-strap. They're fine.
