I HATE reselling because it brings out the worst in people and I would often rather throw nice stuff away than deal with that kind of behavior. Same for the guy who offered me $30 for a pair of new $300 shoes. They will go in the trash first.

This is the problem. As someone who shops mostly secondhand, I'm not looking for expensive brand name clothing that still costs MORE than new clothing from a basic, cheap store like Old Navy. I don't care what you paid new, I don't have a designer budget.
