She's pressing Congress for a hearing and wants to have her client give sworn testimony. Wouldn't be doing that if she thought it was fake.

I thought it sounded insane, but the handwriting is different, and the ink is two different colors.
I love how some keep defending him. Because of them he is staying in the race and it’s going to be all the messier for the GOP when he goes down, which is inevitable at this point.

A man who would not take down a sculpture of the Ten Commandments is not a criminal. You would be applauding a man who would not take down, say, a sculpture of an MLK speech, even if ordered. If he had been ordered to take down a statue of Jesus, that would be different. The Ten Commandments are simply 10 rules to live by and they send a good message to ALL people.

That whole "banned from the mall" story just does not ring true. Please remember, too, that malls were pretty new in those days and were an attraction to all kinds of people--not just teens. I do find the stories of him trolling believable--but, banned from the mall? Not, so much.
Here is an article that explains the thinking in Alabama:

Please recall that those in Massachusetts stood by an adulterer and likely murderer. Why? Same reason--they liked the way he voted.
Most molesters? Not only don't they stop, but they exhibit other criminal behavior. The guy who molested me also beat his wife. And when she eventually divorced him, he found another woman in another country and also beat her. Had lots of financial and job issues, though appeared successful.

It wasn't just the Y. The e loops were different, the bottom of the R was different.
The only way to know if the signature and handwriting are authentic is to compare them to his contemporaneous handwriting - not samples separated by decades. I wouldn’t be surprised if Bernie Bernstein was collecting some contemporaneous samples and looking for a handwriting expert to make a comparison. Careful what you wish for Moore apologists.
