You must be new to Sidwell. The Clintons, Obamas and DNC have set the tone for the school and it's a reflection of them: nasty.

Sidwell - 2019-2020
GDS - 2020?
You can look at aerials to compare, but Sidwell will sill have three full-sized playing fields, a complete building for each of LS/MS/US, the new gym that is under the football field and a new lower school gym. GDS will have the campus that has been shown in the drawings, which feature the new LS/MS building and a completely new Arts facility.
They will be comparable campuses, but Sidwell still has more space.
