Of all the arguments presented the one that this guy got paid too more than everyone else just screams he is a better negotiator.
There may be something to the other points but I can't be mad because he handles his business better than some other people do
He was negotiating with the person he was sleeping with, so there's that.
He was also not as qualified as at least one of the other people who was working on this case.
Same deal. That one other person sounds like they are good at criminal law but not good at business.
There are a few other angles to argue but this one just makes me think that Wade has way more moxy.
A pair of golden tinted sneakers for $399? Doesn't sound like they are "worth" that much - but that is the price and that is what a heck of a lot of people paid.

Because after people drink together everything is different? Or is it after they hug? Or after they kiss? Or sleep together? Or stop doing any of those things?
A girl I slept with once recommended me for a job years later. Was that wrong of her?

I just googled Peter Bernegger. Wowie! OP, you should be ashamed of yourself for posting that.
If the Ethics Committee find no wrong doing, it will be dismissed.
Meanwhile, they have opened a review.
