This is beyond revolting. Does this POS not have any idea that behind the "pow pow, bang bang" are real human beings being killed by those deadly bombs? People with loved ones whose lives will be ruined because he gets his jollies out of shooting bombs at people with darker skin then he?

The 25th Amendment was made for times like these. TRUMP MUST GO!!!!! Even that POS Vance would be better. At least Vance can string a few coherent sentences together!!!

The expectation is for the POTUS to be able to process a great deal of information from daily briefings, prioritize initiatives and then to delegate responsibility of handling initiatives to their staff. Doing this at the expected level of expertise is something the best and brightest 50 to 60 years old have struggled with but they've been able to get the job done most of the time 24/7/365.

Expecting elderly people to handle this daily intense responsibility is asinine and this is why we never elected elderly presidents until our electorate recently lost it's GD mind.

I'm in law school, and my most brilliant, articulate, energetic, sharpest professor is 79.

SOME elderly people, even maybe most elderly people are unable to handle so much intellectual challenge, but there are rare people who are smarter than you and me combined at 80+.

Trump is not one of them. He needs to go.

Begs the question, who's actually running the country. MAGA had all their dumb "Biden autopen" conspiracy theories and nonsense, but this is far more concerning.

Being elderly is the least of his problems. His severe personality disorder, probable ADHD and learning disability, the fact that he doesn’t read or listen to a range of opinions/advice, and the fact that he is not very smart, are bigger problems.

Exactly, the bar was very low to begin with.

Uh no, Obama left the bar really high before the two dementia patients and especially Trump failed miserably.

Agreed. But because Americans are stupid, they were disappointed in Obama, who apparently didn't work sufficient miracles for them. But give them a Trump who has a bombastic, aggressive personality, and claims all kind of macho things, they will believe his empty words despite the evidence of their own eyes.

Pathetic.

A must-read piece:

“Never mind leading the free world, if Donald Trump were your aging father, when would you take away his car keys?”

Gaby Hinsliff
The Guardian

Excerpt
“It’s strange that this has become a subject seemingly too delicate to discuss in public, given what is at stake. Though the US has checks and balances to stop a president veering off piste, none seem iron-clad. The ultimate backstop is the requirement to seek Congress’s approval before declaring war, which could yet end this conflict and prevent others in future, perhaps over Greenland or Cuba.”

+1 And there were a lot of leaks about this in his first term, that he didn’t read the brief, was only receiving it once a week or so, the IC had to fill it with pictures and mention his name over and over to get him to pay attention, and on and on. I have a family member who used to do this job (not for POTUS but for a cabinet secretary) so I was paying attention to this.

I wouldn’t put a learning disability in that list. I know several people with severe dyslexia who are among the smartest people in the planet.

I was just about to say that ADHD and dyslexia, both of which he very obviously has, are not disqualifying, if the person also has a high IQ, a solid background of relevant information and above all, morals and ethics.

This man has glaring weaknesses of hubris and narcissism combined with a lack of moral code and any understanding of economics and politics. All leaders, to a certain extent, suffer from hubris, but they are usually very well-versed in diplomacy and strategic thinking, and they mostly listen to their economic advisers.

Add in the cognitive decline and we have an absolute DEFCON 1 disaster.

He doesn't care about the war. He cares about decorating and golf. And building towers in Miami bearing his name.

It’s clear to me that Bibi realized two things:
1. Trump is increasingly stupid and confused every day that passes,
And
2. trump will be a sitting duck and powerless after the midterms,

so he saw his final chance and pushed trump into this.

When even Laura kngraham is saying wtf is going on here, you have to wonder really what is going on. If people like her are starting to question Dear Leader, I start to think that they are transition planning now.
I think they have a little Biden problem in that they have a President who needs to step down but they walked themselves into a VP who is not very popular or confidence inspiring. The Dems made a huge mistake in not doing more work to build up KH…. I would expect to see a lot more coverage trying to mold that lump of nothingness with a YLS degree into something.
