So the idea is to replace junior employees with AI to fill in for the more mundane and routine tasks, and then what do you do when your senior employees with all of the subject matter expertise and institutional knowledge retire, who do you replace them with? You don't have any junior employees who you've trained to replace them because you used AI. This kind of thinking will cause businesses to fail.
