A week trip for leadership won't change anything. They need to hire better coaches and I'm not sure they exist.

Apparently the club has finally scammed enough families for their coaches to take a trip to spain? Hopefully they learned a lot from their time there because they need it. But what an utter waste of money for them to go there on the teams dime. They should be sending kids there for tournaments and not the coaches.

Good for you for getting out.

Anywhere but Valor. Heck, play in your own backyard and you’ll still be better.

Paul Ellis does not care about anything but money coming into his club. I know for a fact parents has voiced many concerns and nothing ever changes. He doesn't care about parents or players. He is willing to lose the parents and players that have a heart for the game and know what this club is doing isn't anything to get their kid to play their best.

We all know it’s you coaches… I feel like I can totally read into who typing… like for fick sake…
Is it Coach Dyl?
Who ever runs social media- probably.
They all look shiesty, particularly Fick, the Lewis bruhs… creep vibes!
One of the Lewis brothers finagled/was gifted a paid job at SYA Rec Soccer basically just supervising volunteer coaches already running their rec practices. It was such a joke. Its just more Valor grift taking money from rec programs and putting it in Valor pockets.
How do you find this out… but I have not reason to doubt this!
If you look at the admin, it’s all the same people with various titles and “responsibilities” and they are all woven together.
Ellis makes half a mil, double dipping in sya/cya and valor… look it up! It’s all public info.
