In the DMV area, any attorney who knowingly makes false representation or knowingly submitted any court pleadings (any filings) with false information would be 100% suspended or even disbarred.
Any other attorneys here think anything would happen to the OTHER attorneys (ADAs, SPs, Attorneys for Fani/Wade etc. other than Fani/Wade) who engaged in the above described conduct assuming the allegations are true?
I'd like to get attorneys' take on the precedent being set that any time a prosecutor, judge or any other person sets a foot in a courtroom that they should then be subject to a deep and intense scrutiny of their personal relationships and finances and be subjected to a massive fishing expedition just to satisfy someone's political whims.
That is after all exactly what is happening here. And if it's fair to do it to Fani Willis, where does it end?

This whole thing is a ruse to deflect from the crime conspiracy to steal the 2020 election case.
sadly, all of these morons on the right are buying the lies again
I would think morons on the left would want the best lawyers working on the case, and not someone with no experience hired because he was sleeping with the DA.
They got a lot of indictments and several guilty pleas and defeated the motions to move the case so they are already way more effective than any Republican special counsel or investigator or prosecutor.
Exactly. And she’s got a strong case. This is a desperate play by the defense.
If she has such a strong case, then she should allow another prosecutor to take over and take this entire sordid affair off the front page. The case is far more important than the prosecutor who pursues it.
But she won't because she has staked her entire career (and political future) on being the prosecutor of THIS case.
No other prosecutor is willing to touch this case.
Such a shocking lack of spine in so many people.
Methinks there is another reason....
Agree with you there. Perhaps the case isn't as "strong" as some think it is.
Most people are just too scared of him. Even other people in the party. Actual, visceral fear for their safety and wellbeing. It has taken someone who has stared down the worst kind of street scum to pursue this case. We were all happy when Willis was burying gangster rappers just a year or two ago. And now you want to put her out of business?
I've always admired her and wished her well with the prosecution of this case. Wish she hadn't been so foolish. Donna Brazile called it when she said Fani "showed bad judgment."
All Fani has to do is transfer the case. If it's that strong, it will survive on its own. I'm sure Fani and her defenders would say that she did nothing wrong - and have an explanation for everything. The problem is exactly what Donna Brazile said - she showed bad judgment. She doesn't get a pass for doing so unless she transfers the case. The longer she holds onto it, and the more that comes out (including the recent phone records) the more public opinion will turn against the case itself.
But who else can she pass it on to? Wasn't that the whole issue in the first place, that Fulton County was short staffed, which is why she contracted out to companies like Wade's law firm?
Willis can't transfer the case. If a DA in Georgia is disqualified due to a conflict, the case is assigned to another county's DA by the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of the State of Georgia. This council is stacked with republicans who will then just sit on it. How do we know that? They still have not assigned anyone to prosecute the case against Burt Jones even though Willis was disqualified from his case in July 2022. So that's what this entire charade is about. Get Willis kicked off and then just refuse to assign anyone new to prosecute it.
