That is after all exactly what is happening here. And if it's fair to do it to Fani Willis, where does it end?
I would also like to get an attorney's take on a DA hiring someone she is sleeping with as a special prosecutor, despite the fact that he has no experience in the area in which he is hired, then paying him nearly $700,000 of tax payer's money, from which she benefited when he took her on 5 trips within a few months' period.
I would also like to know if any attorney has taken 5 luxury trips in a 6 month period.

Breaking: Fani claimed "Cell Hawk' cellphone analytics program used by Trump's attorney's PI was not reputable and lacks credibility.
However, it turns out both the 'Atlanta Police Department' and 'Fulton County DA's Office' have been using the same "Cell Hawk' cellphone analytics to convict numerous defendants at least since 2018 to present.
Another "fraud on the Court by Fani and other assistant DAs who have signed the Emergency Responsive pleading filed over the weekend.
In addition, ANY defendant who were convicted by Fulton Co. DA's Office from 2018 to present may appeal their convictions using Fani's own words against the DA's office and say the DA's office used unreliable and not credible program to convict them.
This is turning nastier and nastier by the day.

Breaking: Fani was watching the testimonies of the hearing and that is how she knew what was going on and that her attorneys were fighting/arguing to keep Fani out of the witness' chair when Fani burst into the courtroom.
When Fani testified that she knew she was the next witness, she lied yet again and she violated the Rules of Procedure related to sequestration rule and thus adds another potential perjury count and yet another ethics rule violations for her disbarment hearing.

Most people are just too scared of him. Even other people in the party. Actual, visceral fear for their safety and wellbeing. It has taken someone who has stared down the worst kind of street scum to pursue this case. We were all happy when Willis was burying gangster rappers just a year or two ago. And now you want to put her out of business?
I've always admired her and wished her well with the prosecution of this case. Wish she hadn't been so foolish. Donna Brazile called it when she said Fani "showed bad judgment."
All Fani has to do is transfer the case. If it's that strong, it will survive on its own. I'm sure Fani and her defenders would say that she did nothing wrong - and have an explanation for everything. The problem is exactly what Donna Brazile said - she showed bad judgment. She doesn't get a pass for doing so unless she transfers the case. The longer she holds onto it, and the more that comes out (including the recent phone records) the more public opinion will turn against the case itself.
But who else can she pass it on to? Wasn't that the whole issue in the first place, that Fulton County was short staffed, which is why she contracted out to companies like Wade's law firm?
Willis can't transfer the case. If a DA in Georgia is disqualified due to a conflict, the case is assigned to another county's DA by the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of the State of Georgia. This council is stacked with republicans who will then just sit on it. How do we know that? They still have not assigned anyone to prosecute the case against Burt Jones even though Willis was disqualified from his case in July 2022. So that's what this entire charade is about. Get Willis kicked off and then just refuse to assign anyone new to prosecute it.
Fani just can’t stop herself from doing stupid things. She will be disqualified just like she was in the Jones case.
