They looked pretty miserable at the Grammys last night. This whole time I’ve thought Jen was pretty smug about being the answer to Bens lifelong issues with alcoholism, addiction, compulsive gambling, and general misery. As if maybe he just wasn’t with the the right person, and she came along (again) and could change all of that. As if his ex wife (with whom he shares three kids) didn’t try just “being supportive” and “being a good influence.” Clearly his issues manifest themselves eventually in every relationship he’s in. maybe they were just have a bad night, but I do not buy that any woman can change ben affleck and his deeply rooted issues.
I can't imagine these types of events are fun for someone who struggles with alcoholism.
These type of events are not recommended for those in recovery and working a recovery program. Generally it is recommended that those
in recovery turn down invites to these types of events.

I think he is. His hair looks too dark without any gray in it. Maybe it is for a movie role.

I don't know if he was miserable or not but this is why these two need to shut up already about their relationship, stop selling their pics to the paps and People, and just go underground like Jennifer Garner is with her new boyfriend. Did they learn nothing?
Also, I can't stand when people who have been married previously or have children with other people go on and on about how they NOW found the love of their lives. Great if that's true, but shut up. Your kids and former spouse are reading. Not every thought and feeling needs to be shared.
You could, you know, just ignore them. Other than the fact they are together, I honestly know nothing else about them, what they're saying, etc. Maybe lay off People Magazine and pick up a newspaper. Avoiding celebrity news CAN be done.
You are scolding me for coming on a thread about the two of them and giving my opinion? If you know nothing about them and avoid celebrity news why would you even be in this thread?
No.
The PP was scolding you for complsining about why they don’t go underground while coming into a thread to read about them.
It’s weird.
[NP]
Not PP but buzz off thread police. It’s a valid point they are annoyingly over exposed.
