This is wild b/c I know a guy who looks like the shooter (our friend group joked about it) and his wife is from Altoona.
Maybe he just got arrested in a case of mistaken identity!

NY Post dumb as per usual. He was spotted in the McDonald's and law enforcement found the fake ID later, he didn’t try to use the fake ID in the McDonald’s.
