I'm trying to understand the type of mind that would, going into one's fourth marriage, ( and your partner's second) a mind that would choose to not have a prenup when your net worh is in the hundreds of millions. You would really have to do some mental gymnastics no? And completely block out a certain level of reality and your own prior lived experience, as well as your team's counsel, in order to completely choose to ignore that there was a possibility the marriage may not survive. And you might need to plan accordingly. Her judgment is so so poor and her self awareness is as well. She lives in her own world of her own making. And this is why she cannot learn. She truly seems incapable of learning. Her problems are bigger than her marriages in my opinion.

This is why she laughed off the advice of jane fonda....or ignored her team who said she didn't "need" to do her doc. Her response was "I know I didn't need to I wanted to." She doesn't even understand what they were saying. They did not literally mean she did not need to...they meant, this is not going to land well and you are not correctly reading the public sentiment correctly at this point in time. You are failing to see something, you are not understanding. She just does not get it. And quite frankly, living with someone like this is a misery. There is no real mutuality, it's her show.

What can Garner do? Violet is an adult, the other two spend time with their dad. When you are divorced your ex does things you don’t approve of but the kids aren’t with you at that time.

Agreed...jlo is using those kids. The way she looked at the paps as BAs son got in the car. I am fine with pap stuff but doing it at the kids home should be off limits. They need to stop it.

Remember that time at the height of the divorce rumors when Ben took his kids to a heavily trafficked corner bistro and they sat outside and played cards in front of the paps? Yeah, he doesn’t care. The Affleck kids were constantly photographed out and about in public long before JLo entered the picture.

He cared enough when they were small. He and JG launched a legal case against the paps. That's when the blurry faces of kids started happening in the press. All down to him.
