Why the hell is anyone still fighting to legalize marijuana? You look at SF, NY, and DC - the streets reek of pot smoke. It's so gross and makes me want to keep my kids aware from downtown DC.
At least we can thank Leonsis for reaching agreement with Bowser essentially to create a special police district - no drugs, amplified buskers, pop up vendors - near the arena.

Without a hint of irony you fail to recognize that the Youngkin-Leonis partnership was pure cronyism. What else do you call a stadium deal cooked up at a country club that leaves state taxpayers on the hook for billions?

But the city had already been planning to offer a half-billion dollars to them; Leonsis originally wanted $750 million. Not sure he played this as well as this post seems to be suggesting.
