Yeah. He's not good at just saying "I don't remember or I don't know or yes/know." He has to keep talking to show how smart he is, and it's a train wreck. Even honest witnesses get themselves in trouble by continuing to talk. Dishonest, dumb narcissists just hang themselves.
During the deposition, he was asked if he had ever cheated on any of his wives. He replied, “I don’t know.”

Yes, the tape plus testimony by two different Trump accusers were found to form a similar pattern to Carroll’s allegations and were allowed in.

I suspect trump was hoping the judge would refuse to allow him to testify after Tacopina advised court that trump would not testify. Surprise! Trump has until 10 a.m. Sunday, over 48 hours!!!

The judge said Carroll could have compelled Trump to provide DNA, but chose not to do so.
Trump also had an opportunity but also chose to avoid DNA issue.
Apparently there was some appendix to a DNA report that Trump did not ask for in discovery.

Trump is afraid to testify. He doesn't want to add perjury to his list of offense, and if he tells the truth, he's sunk.

Even if she had, if his schedule listed several hours of “executive time” during the alleged rape, it wouldn’t exonerate him anyway.
