As I remember the dark four years when we had to listen to him, he accidentally told on himself a lot. I don’t know lawyers but my suspicion is that any decent lawyer can get him to trip all over himself.
Yeah. He's not good at just saying "I don't remember or I don't know or yes/know." He has to keep talking to show how smart he is, and it's a train wreck. Even honest witnesses get themselves in trouble by continuing to talk. Dishonest, dumb narcissists just hang themselves.

His side rested and then he opened his big fat mouth anyway. Should be interesting when he either walks that back or has to get on the stand.

No. Your little darling refused to give DNA amd the judge then disallowed any mention of DNA! This has been covered ad nauseum in reporting on this case. READ instead of assuming Carroll lied. Trump is the only liar in this case.

Haven't kept up with this. Is E Jean claiming she has her own version of the "blue dress?"

"A friend of E. Jean Carroll testified Tuesday that the former magazine columnist called her within minutes after being allegedly raped by Donald Trump.
...
Lisa Birnbach recounted how Carroll called her minutes after leaving the department store and told her about the incident in detail.
Birnbach said Carroll sounded “breathless, hyperventilating, emotional. Her voice was all kinds of things” when she called.
“He pulled down my tights, he pulled down my tights,” Carroll repeated on the phone, according to Birnbach. “Like she couldn’t believe it. She was still processing what happened to her. It had just happened to her.”
On the stand, Birnbach said she recalled she was feeding her young children in her kitchen at the time when Carroll called and walked out of the room to whisper “‘E. Jean he raped you. You should go to the police.’” Carroll described the incident with Trump as a fight, she didn’t want to hear the word “rape,” Birnbach said."

Have either of them provided an actual date to allow Trump to provide an alibi?
Trump is afraid to testify. He doesn't want to add perjury to his list of offense, and if he tells the truth, he's sunk.
You didn't answer the question.
I'll repeat: Have ANY of them provided an actual date to allow Trump to provide an alibi?
