He's disgusting. I didn't love her on the show but he has clearly strategized the entire divorce to hurt her in every way he can. He is a reptile. Doing all of this while she was dealing with the issues with the one child is evil.

I saw an old repeat last week of “Say Yes to the Dress” where she’s on flashing her gigantic ring and talking about how they’re soulmates. It obviously didn’t age well.

Read it again. He got Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. She was alone in Idaho.
The kids then returned to her on December 26th - the day after Christmas when she decided to recreate Christmas Eve + Day.
They did it that way because Meghan got Thanksgiving with her parents/sibling/niece and Jim got Christmas with 5 of his 7 kids plus the new girlfriend/fiance.
Point is that he didn’t get Xmas because of any reason other than it’s his year. Next year it will be hers. Most divide the whole break in half (2 weeks) so this is even less time shes without the kids.

She also broke up with the new boyfriend. I figured she would considering he lives all the way in freaking Utah with his business and she was constantly flying out to see him. After he left for a week plus boys' only camping trip I did not see him ready to be a new father for 3 under 3.

One child has special needs. Probably the biggest stressor on that list.

To be fair - he has the kids 50% of the time. As well as the other half of his brood. He's just not interested in housing Meghan in anything more than basics. She went from a super-nice house in L.A., to a perfectly fine house in Missouri, and then building a 10,000 square foot mega-mansion in the same state. Now he's got her bunked down in a house that is worse than the first Missouri house and older than the L.A. house. Karma. She wasn't nice at all on RHOC.

He just wanted to embarrass her which is why he changed the locks early before her cleaners could access the house. I don’t know if it’s possible, but they need a social media ban as part of their divorce.
