Conspiracy, money laundering, wire fraud, bribery, etc, etc, etc.
Felicity Huffman has really great legal advisors on her team.
She didn't hesitate to plead guilty when being advised to & although she'll get 2-4 months in prison, legal experts are saying she may be able to get house arrest for her whole sentence.
Lori Loughlin is the antithesis of Felicity Huffman in every way in this situation.

Yes. But I also believe that Felicity and Lori are two very different people. Felicity and her husband and serious actor who have garnered really good reps in the industry. Lori is a has-been sitcom star resting her laurels on Hallmark and Lifetime. No one believes for a second that she is a "serious actor". She's just a famous person who likes fame who married a businessman with a lot of money.
I truly think that Felicity is embarrassed and remorseful. I also think she's going to have a hard time emotionally recovering from what this has done to her reputation.

"Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli reportedly thought prosecutors in her college admissions cheating case were bluffing when they declined a plea deal that called for 2.5 years in prison. ... They are now facing 20 years behind bars."
"She has been in complete denial and thought maybe she could skate by. She refused to accept any jail time and thought the DA was bluffing. She was adamant she wouldn't do any jail time," a source told the outlet. "Lori is finally realizing just how serious this is. She is seeing the light that she will do jail time and is freaking out."

Ha. That sounds like a totally accurate description. Lori thought that all she had to do was smile sweetly and this whole thing would (Poof!) blow away. She's finally getting that she is in some serious sh*t. I doubt she grasps why what she did was wrong which is truly astounding. The height of entitlement.
