Yea, unlike Este and Dotty who took pay cuts to make SYC the envy of the soccer world. I heard all the coaches coming over also took pay cuts...

I thought I read they will all train together..that might get a bit crazy with 60+ kids for one age group.
copied your comment into syc thread since this is more applicable to them. Best of luck having enough coaches to train 5 teams per age group. Minimal attention and coaches stretched thin.

Happens at a lot places, could be multiple reasons. In this instance, probably retention and attraction of players.
