Bill McGlashan has resigned from TPG and The Rise Fund, its $2 billion impact-investment platform he co-founded with U2’s Bono, Richard Branson and Jeff Skoll among others.

Lori Loughlin's daughter Olivia Jade Giannulli was spending spring break on a University of Southern California official's yacht when her mother was accused Tuesday of involvement in a college admissions scheme, reports said.

Giannulli, 19, was on Rick Caruso's luxury yacht Invictus in the Bahamas, a report said. Caruso is chairman of USC's Board of Trustees.

Giannulli, who currently attends USC, was with Caruso's daughter Gianna and several other friends, the outlet reported.

"My daughter and a group of students left for spring break prior to the government's announcement yesterday," Caruso told TMZ. "Once we became aware of the investigation, the young woman decided it would be in her best interests to return home."

Loughlin's daughter has since returned to Los Angeles to face the allegations that could result in her getting expelled from USC.

USC's Board of Trustees will not decide the status of Giannulli and the other students involved in the case, but rather, the university's president will make the decisions, according to TMZ.

Loughlin's rep had no comment.

Haha, I got news for you: many people DO commit it. From paying your nanny under the table to claiming your bedroom as a home office, I feel about 50% of people I know do this crap.

If you honestly think people who commit tax fraud (that isn't at the Trump, Manafort, etc. level) deserve the same punishment as murderers and rapists, you live on another plane from me.

You do realize there are different levels of sentencing right? It's not - go to jail for life or not.

Murder can get you 25 years (a quarter of a CENTURY) to life. Rape (if you're Brock Turner) gets you 3 months or as much as 15 years.

This case will probably get them 1-2 years and that is a satisfactory sentence in my eyes.

The white collar crime they did is the same in my eyes as Trump and his 'ilk'. They defrauded not only hard-working students but also the parents struggling to support their kids the best way they could.

It was a slap in the face to Middle America. So forgive me if I don't think their criminal actions don't deserve equally punitive results.
