As a neighborhood resident, I'd be fine with townhouses. They would lack the concentrated impact of a school whose enrollment and faculty and staff at the site will be be more than twice the numbers today. And GDS is trying to jam as much as they can onto the site anyway. They even have to put a soccer field three stories high in the air on the roof of their new complex.

GDS needs to consolidate on one campus. This is a material element of the school's strategic vision.
