I found this interesting - article with quotes from Wells on how Chad coverage completely took over the entire season.

I couldn't agree more! I think that is exactly what made this season feel empty and shallow, lol. It was all about Chad and, while that may have been entertaining, in the long run it made for the least satisfying season ever.

Yeah I noticed that too. I expect it will be him, he has the biggest following and he is a war vet which makes everyone go wild.

Chase seems like a nice enough guy but I think he'd be deathly boring as the Bachelor. Luke would be much more interesting. Would have been cool if Chad Bear was an option though. All hell would break loose!

Also agree - he returned to say a dignified goodbye in order to line himself up for Bachelor. I think he'd be okay as bachelor in fact, he seems to have held back his personality on this and he is fun when it shines through.


Yes, that was hilarious. Did he mean pull down his pants because he thought he was going to get lucky or that he was embarrassed saying he was in love with her? I'd like to see him as Bachelor. I think she drew the line with him because she had already tried out the other two.

I didn't like him at first, but then it seemed like he's not that bad (and I kinda like his raised eyebrow). He seems to have a sense of humor and his threats are empty. He is emotionally abusive though acting like Jojo's choices suck. Santa Claus looked worse taking his coat off. That was an empty threat too, just so he could call Chad Bear a coward.

This exactly. He is funny because the other guys suck, but he also sucks too.

No but by saying that he gets rid of the question and deflects away from his own loss.

I was entertained by Chad last night, up until the point he told Jojo that Robbie broke up with his girlfriend 3 days before coming on the show and Jordan is a liar and a cheater whose own brother can't stand him - knowing that she was now engaged to one of those guys. I thought that was very mean-spirited. I do enjoy how he riles up the other buys though. They look like such a bunch of weenies when they're trying to deal with him.

I was willing to entertain the possibility that Chad was set up to be the bad guy, but at the tell all he was such a silly ass, actually trying to taunt the guys with talk about dating their exes etc. that I just had to acknowledge that the man really is an asshole.

Which is not to say most of the other guys weren't pathetic cowards, but no, Chad-bear gets no love from me.

My 12 DD watches with me. We call Jordan "elf pants" b/c they are so tight in the legs and make his butt look poochy. We call Robby "elf pants 2" since he has taken to wearing the skinny pants as well. We do not normally call people names, but given that they look so similar, it is hard to keep track of them.
