Being an assistant principal is what made her now a principal at DCPS school. Age has nothing to do with it.
PP here. I meant to add that O-A also has a young principal.

Maybe the principals of those schools have not been chosen yet. DCPS has updated the names of new principals on the school profiles part of the website. (Not pictures) However, at first glance, those principal names look to be the same people who were there before.
