It must have been SO awkward for Brandon and Theresa. Actually, I feel bad for Future Carly - she will look back and say "Holy shit my parents gave me away but they stayed together and had another kid?"

Actually, I think Brandon and Teresa seem to have a good handle on gently dealing with C&T's crazy family. I don't feel bad for Future Carly--she's got it made. I see Future Carly telling Future Nova "Sorry you got stuck with them..."

Trying to get another season, as he noted in the last episode.

I think this is one of the first episodes where they made Maci look a little poorly. No, she shouldn't have allowed Bentley to a sleepover on Ryan's night, but then Ryan picks up Benny late, then hauls him around for 30+min. I don't think Ryan has grown up at all in the past 6 years...

Leah looked happy with Amber, I'm glad Amber gets 50/50. Gary is being very selfish with Leah. He claims he wants what is best for her but then he does everything to keep her from Amber, who has been clean and responsible for a while not.

Catelynn and Tyler I think still have the most potential. It was very sad to hear that Tyler attempted suicide when he was 12. Maybe that is what Butch needed to hear to actually stay out of jail... It was really nice Teresa and hubby brought Carly to the wedding.

Farrah can't maintain a friendship with anyone because she has no interest in anyone other than herself. If Sophia had expressed an interest in seeing where her father was buried then taking her to the cemetery would be fine. I come from a HUGE Jewish family and went to tons of funerals and unveilings as a kid - no big deal. But for Farrah to act like her beloved husband of 20 years died when it reality it's the boy she screwed for three months? Bitch, please.

Maci has an infant, and didn't have time to talk to Ryan when he dropped Bentley off late. That's legitimate. And it's okay for him to go to a sleepover too - that's the way shit happens. Obviously Ryan was late picking Bentley up from school. Maci probably said no to Ryan dropping him at school Monday because she can't trust Ryan to wake and get him there on time. If he acknowledged his faults, Ryan would know this. Team Maci almost all the way - I hate the gauges she's put in her ears.

Amber may be clean, but she's not responsible. It's not responsible to get involved with a man who has several kids with several women. You may say "that's on him, not her" but I think by being involved with him it reflects on Amber too. Amber needs a JOB. Having a book ghost-written and then going around talking about Teen Mom is not enough. She needs a job that has nothing to do with this. A daily job.

It must have been SO awkward for Brandon and Theresa. Actually, I feel bad for Future Carly - she will look back and say "Holy shit my parents gave me away but they stayed together and had another kid?" I hope Dawn explained to Butch why Brandon and Theresa don't give two shits about meeting him. I don't think Catelynn & Tyler show potential at all. They're now 24. They wanted to become adoption counselors or youth counselors or social workers or some shit. At 24, they COULD be finishing up their masters degrees. Do they even have 30 college credits under their belts? No, no they do not. They sit around pining away for Carly but doing nothing to move their lives forward. Their money will run out, they'll have no real jobs to fall back on, and they'll be poor again in ten years.

I haven't seen very much of the season, as I'm always doing something else when it's on the background, but I heard that, too. I'm not sure who was she was talking to, but when she said, "I know what love is. Derek taught me that"? Ugh. So icky. So clear that she was saying that just because the cameras were around.

And by the way, does anyone know if any of these people have jobs? I have no idea.

No big deal. It means very little to her right and long term it won't matter very much. She never knew him and it's hard to truly miss something that never existed.

What is your take on taking Sophia to her dad's grave at that age?

Just catching up on all the Teen Mom drama. What the fracking frack is with Farrah and this "Daddy Derek" crap?! Firstly, why is she all Driving Miss Daisy with a car and driver in Missouri? Is she too good to rent a car now? It's not like she doesn't know how to get around out there.

It is so fracked up that Sophia was singing "I wanna die" over and over and Farrah is going on and on like it wasn't just a teen relationship. She's acting like she's some widowed single mother whose husband died at war.

It's painful to watch Farrah.

It is AMAZING how much you can fuck up your child without any agency stepping in and setting you straight. I know CPS is dealing with kids who are having cigarettes put out on their genitals and don't have time for Farrah having Sophia tell the world Nicki Minaj is a total loser, but I think CPS should be broken up into three departments: abuse, neglect, and Whoopi (You in danger, girl!).

Obviously Carly will come out most normal, but aside from her, I think Bentley has the most potential. Sophia is so totally screwed. Leah gets the best parenting from Christina and Gary's mom. Nova will be a sweet but somewhat dim girl.

I agree that Bentley likely has the most potential, especially if Maci stays with her current BF. I like that Bentley's dad's parents are so supportive of the whole family.
Sophia will need help. The way she treats her grandmother, because she sees her mother treat her that way, is so sad. Can you imagine the shame she'll feel if she sees that when she's older...if she's a decent human?
Leah, I don't know. Gary seems like a looser and Amber and her BF are gross. I haven't seen/heard much about her grandparents, hopefully they're good role models.
About Nova, I think Catelynn and Tyler are attentive and caring. Which means a lot. I hope that she doesn't grow up having to see how obsessed her parents, and extended family, are over the child they placed for adoption. While I think it's good that they placed her for adoption, I think it's likely that the adoption agency allowed them to believe they would remain her "parents" when that's obviously not true.

Earth to Farrah -- it's your porn tape that makes people judge you, not being on the Teen Mom show!!!!! And your inviting yourself to the party was pathetic!!!! No one above the age of 22 takes you seriously, girl. Get a grip.
