... yeah. I'm small-boned. Tiny wrists, skinny ankles, size 4 ring. Very lean from head to toe, except for a tendency to put on fat on the lower tummy. It's just how I'm built. I look thin, but not model or NY fashion-crowd thin.

PP here...the 2, 2 and 4 fit comfortably/correctly. Not too tight, not too loose. The jackets/tops I have are a 2 and a 4.
I'd say at most stores, I can pretty much take a 2 and a 4 and one will fit fine, sometimes my true size is in between them.
The one store where I sometimes need a 0 instead of a 2 is Loft.

I'm 5'2" and weigh 117-120 depending on time of day, etc. The three pairs of pants in my suitcase right now since I am on the road are a 2, another 2, and a 4.

Do you have very narrow hips? I am 5'2" and weigh 117 and I don't think my hips would ever fit into a 00.

I'm between 5'2 and 5'3 about 130 lbs. I wear 26-27 size jeans and size 4 pants, skirts or shorts are roomy on me -I don't like tight clothes. For dresses or tops, I have a larger chest so I'll wear a medium or a size 8-10. Again I can't stand shirts that are too tight around the chest.
Twenty years ago I weighed 105 lbs and wore a size 4 and size 2. With vanity sizing, these clothes no longer fit me even though I technically wear the same size.

I am 5'5" and 140 and I am a size 4 in most things. It is vanity sizing. I also have a really small waist.

Small boned but toned/lean. Currently 51 yrs old. Have been in this weight range since 20 yrs old. Former athlete. Eat clean 85% of time. I lift weights 2 to 3 times a week with at least one day going heavy. Some cardio but minimal. Get more cardio through kettlebell swings which is weight bearing. Do enjoy red wine and occasional IPAs. Eat more than my husband. Most importantly, I feel good and have a lot of energy. Life is good!

I'm 5'10, 145 lbs and I am sometimes a 4. Usually closer to a 6 though.
