I Officially Hate Farmers!!!

They want 50 cents to get my corn back or they will sell it to someone else or cook it. Waah I'm so mad I'm going to leave my corn at the stand a few days.

I'm flying from Dulles and want to bring my corn through security, will they make me show the kernels?

I am eco friendly and frugal, so once a month, I wrap my corn in a burgandy washcloth.

Just grab it all. Corn lasts for a long time. If it's not an earthquake, it will be a hurricane or something else. Best thing is what corn you don't use after 3 natural disasters you can return to Wegmen's.

I hired a husker to come over and separate the silk from the husk on a whole new bushel of corn. His name was Cornjulio, so I figured he would be good. He left in the middle of the job, then stood me up for the next appointment, and then called me a bitch when I tried to say I wouldn't pay the rest of his fee. Cornjulio has no ida who he has pissed off- 500,000 corn owners come to this site and now you all know!

I just called Cornjulio and he said that never happened. You really shouldn't defame people on this board.

My husband is always on his cornbook looking at kernels that look like nibblets to me.

It makes me kinda corny, but I don't want to admit it to him.

WWCD?

I was thinking about the environmental benefits of using the diva cup (currently using and flushing tampons) but now,I am thinking that using corn husks might be great.. anyone know if they're flushable?

Not sure about flushability but they are biodegradable!

So I should probably just go throw it in our compost with the rest of the corn husks..
