Christianity is not a cult. Back in ancient times when the Old Testament was written, there were no flush toilets, no tampons or sterile pads. Rather than the woman dripping blood all over the floor or her nasty rag falling out, the woman was placed where she could menstruate without contaminating the living quarters.

There were also no microwaves, so eating pork or shellfish could kill you. People are still getting sick today eating raw shellfish and undercooked pork.

There were also no hot water washing machines with detergents to destroy lice and flea eggs which could proliferate if using mixed fabrics because the space between the mixed fabric afforded an excellent breeding ground which could allow for the spreading of plagues.

OP here (of the post you responded to). I have a college degree along with other academic certifications. My learning did not stop after getting a diploma; therefore, my opinions are not meaningless. My wife (free in Jesus, not under locks) and children are also Christians. The Bible is our ultimate and final authority concerning human origins and proper sexual behavior, not some circus freak with Kool-aid colored hair splattered with tattoos like a dumpster covered in graffiti, prattling ignorantly about White privilege, trans garbage, and anti-American, anti-Christian, anti-capitalist nonsense.

So, you use a book of mythology as final authority? You do realize that’s what all religious texts are, correct?

Many fairy tales are used to teach ethics and morals, but I guess because those stories are all known to be fiction (yet for some bizarre reason people refuse to accept that religious texts are fiction as well)…they aren’t the same.

Charlie Kirk deliberately picked people he knew he could outdebate at crappy colleges, plus edit film to make his point, but he looked, frankly, stupid against smart kids like at Cambridge. Also witnessed him be factually corrected by Jon Stewart.
