Why are staff unhappy? I’m a MCPS HS teacher and I will probably avoid applying to Wooton for the next few years primarily due to the underlying racial tension issues and because of the very old building. Not sure what Bostic is like but it might be other factors that are causing staff to exit.

Climate survey data from Wooten last year was terrible. I heard 42 staff members ultimately left and Bostic was not a reason to stay.
