The constitution has nothing to say about this case. Trump hasn’t violated any court order.

SCOTUS told the gubmint to facilitate the man's return to the USA. That has not happened. The government is in violation of a SCOTUS order.

This administration has admitted the deportation to El Salvador was a “clerical error.”

Please explain how being deported to a foreign prison because of a paperwork snafu and then left to rot there even when the error was caught amounts to due process?
